HealthBridge MX is a medical tourism coordination service that connects patients from the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and other regions with reputable medical providers, currently located in Mexico City (formerly Guadalajara and Tijuana). Our services include coordinating specialized cancer treatments, radiotherapy, urology care, and future veterinary oncology services through customizable packages that may include medical appointments, transportation, accommodation, translation, and bilingual assistance.

By accessing or using HealthBridge MX services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

HealthBridge MX acts solely as a facilitator of medical tourism and travel arrangements. We:

  • Coordinate appointments and communications with licensed healthcare providers in Mexico.
  • Organize logistical support such as travel, lodging, transportation, document translation, and interpreter services.

HealthBridge MX does not provide medical treatment. All medical procedures and care are performed exclusively by independent, licensed healthcare professionals and institutions under Mexican jurisdiction.

3. Payment Terms

  • All fees for services or packages must be paid in full prior to the delivery of any services.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change based on healthcare provider availability, treatment type, travel dates, and accommodation options.
  • Customized quotes remain valid for 15 calendar days unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Patient Responsibilities

  • Patients must provide complete and accurate medical history and documentation before scheduling any treatment or procedure.
  • HealthBridge MX is not liable for any complications, delays, or adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or withheld medical information.
  • Patients must review and sign all informed consent and related documents as required by the treating healthcare providers prior to undergoing treatment.

5. Medical Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • HealthBridge MX does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making.
  • We disclaim all liability for any medical outcomes, including but not limited to side effects, complications, or unsatisfactory results.
  • All medical services are delivered by third-party licensed healthcare providers governed by Mexican medical laws and regulations.
  • HealthBridge MX assumes no responsibility for the quality or results of medical care provided.

6. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

  • Any legal disputes related to the use of HealthBridge MX services shall be governed by the laws of Mexico.
  • Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all disputes shall be in the courts located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
  • Both parties agree to first pursue mediation or arbitration in good faith before initiating formal legal proceedings.

7. Data Privacy and Protection

  • HealthBridge MX complies with applicable Mexican and international data protection laws and standards.
  • Personal and medical information will only be shared with healthcare providers, medical staff, and authorized third parties as necessary to coordinate care.
  • You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and operational limitations.

8. Informed Consent

By using HealthBridge MX services and signing required consent forms, patients:

  • Confirm they have been informed about the nature of their proposed treatments, associated risks, benefits, and alternatives.
  • Authorize HealthBridge MX to coordinate care and share relevant medical information with healthcare providers and clinics involved in their treatment.
